Key Responsibilities:

Advise on M&A transactions, private equity investments, and joint ventures, both domestically and internationally.
Conduct due diligence, negotiate key terms, and draft and review transaction documents.
Work closely with partners and senior attorneys on complex deal structures across industries such as technology, healthcare, finance, and energy.
Manage client relationships and provide strategic legal advice tailored to their business needs.

Qualifications & Requirements:

2-6 years of M&A and private equity experience at a top-tier law firm.
Strong academic credentials and bar admission in New York.
Expertise in corporate law, transactional law, and contract negotiations.
Ability to handle multiple workstreams and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional legal drafting, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
