A respected Los Angeles-based law firm is seeking a seasoned Litigation Attorney with a strong background in California civil litigation.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all phases of litigation from intake through trial
Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and trials
Maintain excellent communication with clients and internal teams
Ensure timely and efficient handling of caseload to meet 1900 annual billable hour requirement

Qualifications:

Active member of the California Bar
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in civil litigation within California
Exceptional legal research, writing, and case management skills
Strong understanding of court procedures and filing systems
Experience with eminent domain or public entity law is a plus, but not required
