About the Role:

This practice primarily focuses on employer-side litigation, with some advice and investigations work as well. The litigation will mainly involve class and representative actions, including wage and hour cases and discrimination matters. Experience in the class actions space would be a strong asset. The firm represents a high-profile, marquee client base, and the work is both complex and varied.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 3-8 years of experience in Labor & Employment law, ideally gained within an AMLAW 100 firm to match the complexity of the work.
  • Skills: A track record of efficiently solving clients' problems with ambition, confidence, and a strong client service mindset.
