Litigation Associate

Our client, a nationally recognized law firm, is seeking a skilled Litigation Associate with 3–6 years of experience to join their high-performing legal team in Nashville, Tennessee. Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in complex and commercial litigation matters
• Draft and respond to discovery, motions, and legal correspondence
• Take and defend depositions, support trial preparation and strategy
• Appear in court and manage case progress and deadlines
• Collaborate with team members across offices on multi-jurisdictional litigation

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
• 3–6 years of litigation experience, preferably in commercial or complex litigation
• Licensed to practice in Tennessee or eligible to waive in
• Demonstrated oral and written advocacy skills
• Excellent research, drafting, and litigation management abilities
• Stable background with a record of commitment and excellence

Salary & Benefits:

• Base Salary Range: $160,000 – $200,000
• Automatic Bonus: Triggered at 1950 billable hours
• Merit-Based Bonus available based on performance
• Minimum Billable Hours Requirement: 1850
