Our client is a prominent global law firm and is looking for a mid- to senior-level Finance Associate (4 – 8 years of experience) within the Corporate group at their New York office. Our client consistently ranks among the top firms in the Am Law Global 100, offering associates the chance to collaborate with clients of varying sizes across diverse industries nationwide.

Job Requirements:

Significant experience in lender and/or borrower-side financings, including senior secured credit facilities, split lien financings, unitranche financings, and acquisition financings.
Strong skills in drafting, reviewing, and revising credit agreements, debt commitment letters, security agreements, and closing deliverables are essential.
Experience with private equity sponsors and portfolio companies is advantageous.
Possess a robust academic background, superior drafting and negotiation skills, and be prepared to assume substantial responsibility in deal management, client interaction, and work product.
Demonstrate diligence, proactivity, team orientation.
Admitted to the New York bar.

Compensation and Benefits: The expected annual base salary for this position ranges from $260,000 to $435,000, determined by education, experience, and market data. Full-time employees may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus, comprehensive health benefits including an optional HSA, disability coverage, dental and vision insurance, life insurance, flexible spending accounts, 401K retirement plan, and various voluntary programs such as accident insurance, long-term care, and pet insurance. Additional perks may include commuter and transit programs in select markets.
