Requirements:

Admission to the State Bar of California
Over 5 years of experience in defending insurance bad faith and fraud cases or handling Special Investigation Unit (SIU) claims
Proficiency in conducting discovery, taking depositions, preparing and arguing motions, and assisting with trial preparation
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
