Alcohol & Hospitality Associate
Our client, a top national law firm, is seeking a junior associate (0–2 years of experience) to join their Alcohol & Hospitality team in Nashville, TN. This position is ideal for a recent law school graduate or a candidate currently completing a clerkship. The successful candidate will have strong writing, organizational, and communication skills and will be focused on delivering exceptional legal services within the alcohol and hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal support to clients in the alcohol and hospitality sectors, including advising on compliance, licensing, and regulatory issues.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents related to the alcohol and hospitality industries.
- Assist senior attorneys in handling complex legal matters related to hospitality law, including alcohol-related regulations and policies.
- Conduct legal research and provide comprehensive written analyses.
- Manage client relationships, maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
- Participate in firmwide initiatives, including business development, marketing, and client relations.

Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: $145,000 – $165,000
- Minimum Billable Hours: 1,850 per year, with an automatic bonus at 1,950 hours
- Merit Bonus: Available based on performance

Qualifications:
- Education: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Experience: 0–2 years of legal experience, ideally in hospitality or regulatory law (ideal for recent graduates or candidates completing a clerkship)
- Bar Admission: Admission to the Tennessee Bar or ability to waive in
- Strong writing, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and contribute to a positive team culture
