Our client is seeking a Litigation Associate for our Chicago, IL office with 3 to 5 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive experience in general commercial litigation.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctorate (JD) required.
Must be licensed to practice law in Illinois.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

Strong research and writing skills, along with a solid academic record.
Proficiency in all aspects of general commercial litigation.
Experience in drafting and responding to initial pleadings and discovery.
Competence in drafting and arguing motions, as well as deposition experience.
Trial experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Prior experience in a large law firm is strongly preferred.
