We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Litigation Associate specializing in warranty law to join our dynamic legal team. In this role, you will represent automobile manufacturers, distributors, and dealers in warranty-related litigation, including cases under the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act (Lemon Law). The ideal candidate will possess strong litigation experience, exceptional research and writing skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all phases of warranty litigation, from initial case assessment through resolution.
Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations.
Collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams to develop case strategies.
Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active membership in the California State Bar.
Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience, preferably in warranty or product liability cases.
Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.
Excellent academic credentials and attention to detail.

Work Environment:

This position offers flexibility with a hybrid work model, requiring 2-3 days onsite in one of our Southern California offices (Los Angeles, San Diego, or San Francisco) or the option to work remotely within California.

Salary and Benefits:

Competitive salary ranging from $150,000 to $165,000 annually, plus performance-based bonuses.
