Our client is in search of an Employment Litigation Partner. The ideal candidate should possess at least 8 years of defense litigation experience in Labor & Employment, along with demonstrated management and supervisory abilities. Portable business is advantageous but not mandatory.

This position offers a hybrid or remote work option with flexible location possibilities. Attorneys licensed in California can operate from any state where the firm has an office.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8+ years handling all facets of employment litigation, including wage and hour disputes, class actions, and PAGA matters.
- Proven experience in managing and supervising multiple attorneys.
- Strong leadership capabilities.
- Conducted investigations with entities such as the U.S. Department of Labor, California Department of Industrial Relations, California Division of Labor Standards Enforcement, EEOC, and other relevant state and local human rights agencies.
- Court appearances in both Federal and State jurisdictions pertaining to employment litigation.
- JD from an ABA accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice law in California.
