Senior Manager/Supervisor
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Physician Services Marketing Director to lead marketing initiatives that support our physician practices and enhance patient engagement across our healthcare network. This role is ideal for a driven professional with a deep understanding of physician practice operations, healthcare marketing, and leadership in dynamic clinical environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead marketing strategies to support the growth and visibility of physician practices.
- Collaborate with operational and clinical leadership to align marketing efforts with organizational goals.
- Oversee branding, referral development, digital campaigns, and patient engagement initiatives.
- Conduct market analysis and competitive assessments to guide strategy.
- Manage internal and external communications for physician marketing.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations including HIPAA and CMS guidelines.
- Track campaign performance and ROI; adjust strategy based on data insights.
- Supervise marketing staff and vendors, including creative, digital, and public relations partners.
- Coordinate community outreach and reputation management strategies.

Qualifications
Must-Haves:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Business, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in healthcare marketing or physician practice management
- Leadership experience in a healthcare setting
- Exceptional decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong project management and communication abilities
Preferred:
- Master’s Degree in Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred for larger markets)
- Familiarity with EMR and CRM systems (e.g., Epic, Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Experience with HIPAA-compliant digital marketing practices
Additional Information
- Reports to: VP or Chief Marketing Officer (depending on organization structure)
- Travel may be required up to 20% depending on location and scope of responsibilities
