Commercial Real Estate Paralegal – New Jersey (Hackensack) or New York Office

Our client is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join their New York or New Jersey office. This role requires a candidate with strong experience in all aspects of commercial real estate.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct title and survey reviews
Assist with commercial real estate purchases, sales, and financings
Support leasing transactions
Organize and prioritize tasks effectively
Collaborate with team members to support transactions
Prepare and review legal documents related to commercial real estate transactions
Provide administrative support to attorneys, including filing, document management, and correspondence

Qualifications

Education: College degree and/or paralegal certificate
Experience: 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate
Strong understanding of title and survey reviews, purchases, sales, financings, and leasing
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Team player with a strong work ethic

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range: $76,500 to $179,000, based on experience
Competitive starting salary
