Our client, a distinguished law firm renowned for its excellence and innovation in legal services, is seeking an experienced Business Litigation Attorney to join its team. This role offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team, representing clients across a wide range of industries in complex commercial business litigation matters.

Experience Required:

2 to 6 years of experience in commercial business litigation.

Responsibilities:

Conducting depositions and handling motion practice.
Representing clients in court appearances and managing all aspects of litigation.
Overseeing electronic discovery and case management.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
Strong academic record.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary Range: $123,000 to $165,000 (based on experience, skills, and other relevant factors).
A comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, long-term disability, flexible spending accounts, 401(k), Paid Time Off, and a pension plan.

This position is based in Albany, and the salary range is applicable for this location only.
