Our client, a global law firm ranked within the Am Law 100, is seeking a junior associate to join their healthcare transactions team. This role provides an excellent opportunity to work with a prestigious healthcare industry practice that represents a diverse clientele, including healthcare providers, investors, manufacturers, suppliers, vendors, educators, and innovators.

Office Locations:
New York, Atlanta, Houston, Washington DC (Hybrid Work Arrangement)

Position Overview:
This is a unique opportunity for a junior associate to develop deep expertise within the healthcare sector while working alongside some of the most experienced attorneys in the field. The healthcare transactions group is highly regarded for advising on cutting-edge regulatory and corporate transactional matters.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

2-3 years of experience with healthcare regulatory and corporate transactional work, preferably from a large law firm.
Exceptional academic credentials.
Strong writing, research, analytical, and communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary Range: $235,000 to $260,000+ with a performance-based bonus.

Candidates should have a proven track record of excellence and experience with Am Law 100/200 firms or similarly respected organizations.
