Salary: $78,700 - $118,100 + $15,000 Sign-On Bonus (paid in three installments)

Now Hiring: Imaging Supervisor in Middlebury, VT

Our client is seeking a certified Imaging Supervisor to lead a skilled radiology team in a state-of-the-art facility. This role offers the opportunity to combine leadership responsibilities with hands-on imaging duties in a collaborative and patient-centered environment.

Must-Have Qualifications

Certificate or Associate’s Degree in Radiologic Technology
ARRT(R) certification, plus additional certification in CT or Mammography
Eligibility for Vermont radiologic technologist licensure
At least five years of radiology experience
At least one year of supervisory experience

Preferred Qualifications

Supervisory experience in a unionized setting
ARRT certification in Radiography, CT, and Mammography
Experience with Epic EMR & Visage PACS systems

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily radiology operations, including General Radiography, Fluoroscopy, DXA, Mammography, CT, OR Imaging, and PACS
Lead and support a radiology team in a newly unionized environment
Manage schedules, delegate tasks, and oversee quality control
Perform diagnostic imaging as needed to ensure efficient patient care
Act as a liaison between the radiology team and department leadership
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards
