We have an opening in the Philadelphia, PA office for a tax controversy associate in our Litigation Department. The ideal candidate will have two to seven years of relevant experience, a Juris Doctorate (JD) and LLM in Taxation required. Must be licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
● Strong research, writing skills, and academic record.
● Tax controversy experience (audits, appeals) required.
● Experience in tax litigation.
