Our client, a prestigious Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Development Manager to join their Marketing Department. This role reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and is pivotal in executing marketing and business development strategies to achieve specific practice group objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing and business development strategies aligned with practice group goals.
Track progress and effectiveness of initiatives, providing regular reports and insights.
Conduct competitive intelligence and prepare detailed market and industry reports.
Maintain and update the experience database to reflect current capabilities and successes.
Coordinate responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and develop compelling proposals.
Enhance pitch materials and processes to ensure consistency and efficiency across offices.
Monitor and analyze RFP results to inform future strategies.
Collaborate with attorneys to support their business development efforts, offering innovative ideas and solutions.
Brainstorm and develop new collateral materials to effectively position the firm in the market.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing or business development, preferably within a professional services environment.
Strong administrative, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent writing, proofreading, and editing abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience with Monitor Suite and/or Redwood Analytics is a plus.
Ability to travel occasionally between offices as required.
