We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Maintenance Department Manager to lead our manufacturing facility’s maintenance operations. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a strong engineering background and a proven track record in equipment reliability and failure analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all aspects of the manufacturing maintenance department.
Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
Lead root cause failure analysis (RCFA) and ensure corrective actions are implemented effectively.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability.
Manage maintenance budgets, schedules, and team performance.

Must-Have Qualifications:

Hands-on experience leading a maintenance department within a manufacturing environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering.
Demonstrated expertise in failure analysis, including identifying root causes and implementing long-term solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
