Our client, a top-tier national law firm, is seeking a Junior Associate with 0–2 years of experience to join its Alcohol & Hospitality team in Nashville, TN. This position is ideal for a recent law school graduate completing a clerkship. The successful candidate will possess strong writing, organizational, and communication skills. Admission to the Tennessee Bar or the ability to waive in is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide legal counsel to clients in the alcohol and hospitality sectors.
Draft and review contracts, licensing agreements, and compliance documents.
Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on relevant laws and regulations.
Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases and transactions.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry-specific legal developments.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
0–2 years of legal experience, preferably in alcohol and hospitality law.
Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
Licensed to practice law in Tennessee or eligible for admission by waiver.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: Competitive base salary ranging from $145,000 to $165,000 annually.
Bonuses: Automatic bonus upon reaching 1,950 billable hours, plus merit-based bonuses.
