The Memphis branch of our client is in search of an associate with 3-5 years of litigation expertise to join its Labor & Employment Practice Group. We're looking for candidates who are well-versed in federal litigation, particularly in cases related to employment or civil rights issues, and have dealt with federal and state agencies such as the EEOC.

The ideal candidate will also have hands-on experience with discovery processes, motion practice, and substantial brief writing, whether in state or federal courts. We welcome applicants with outstanding academic and professional backgrounds, a strong work ethic, and the capacity to work autonomously. The desired individual should possess diligence, sound judgement, superior writing and analytical abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

Qualifications:

3-5 years of litigation experience
Proficiency in federal litigation, particularly in employment or civil rights matters
Experience with federal and state agencies such as the EEOC
Hands-on experience with discovery processes and motion practice
