Senior Litigation Attorney – Los Angeles, San Diego, or San Francisco, CA

Our client is seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney to join their dynamic litigation team in California, with opportunities available in Los Angeles, San Diego, or San Francisco. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of litigation experience and an active California Bar license.

Key Qualifications and Responsibilities:

Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining efficiency.
Extensive experience in trial preparation and courtroom procedures, including file management, motion practice, and depositions.
Proficiency with e-discovery software and managing electronic documents.
Strong advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills.
Excellent academic credentials and a solid work ethic.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to work effectively with teams and clients.

Compensation and Benefits: The salary range for this role is $175,000 - $195,000 annually, based on a full-time schedule. Actual compensation will depend on various factors including experience, skills, and market data. The role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.

Additional benefits include health insurance with optional HSA/FSA, short- and long-term disability, dental and vision insurance, life insurance, 401(k), paid vacation and sick leave, parking/public transportation allowance, and access to an employee assistance program.
