Position Overview: Our client is seeking a Construction Attorney with a minimum of 6 years of construction litigation experience to join our construction practice group in Pittsburgh, PA. Ideal candidates will have extensive trial preparation and courtroom experience, including file responsibility, motion practice, and deposition experience. Strong advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills are essential. Successful candidates must demonstrate excellent analytical abilities, attention to detail, organizational skills, and a solid work ethic. Experience with insurance defense processes is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary Range: $160,000 - $180,000 annually (based on full-time schedule)
Bonus: Eligible for annual discretionary bonus
Benefits: Health insurance (with HSA/FSA options), short term disability, long term disability, dental insurance, vision care, life insurance, 401K, vacation, sick time, parking/public transportation allowance, and an employee assistance program.
