Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect, cold call, and network to generate leads and referrals (30%)
- Deliver solution-based sales presentations tailored to customer needs (20%)
- Negotiate and close deals with new clients (10%)
- Attend training sessions to build skills in prospecting and relationship management (10%)
- Develop innovative sales strategies and custom proposals (10%)
- Track pipeline activity and report on sales metrics using CRM tools (10%)
- Contribute to additional projects and team initiatives (10%)
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of B2B sales experience (telecom experience preferred)
- Proven success in prospecting and cold calling
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-starter with a results-driven, goal-focused mindset
- Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment
Salary & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $48,000 – $66,000
- Uncapped commission structure
- Relocation assistance (for top candidates)

Additional Information:
- This is a field-based role requiring 50% or more time in the field
- Reports into a floating office for team meetings (otherwise home-based)
- Full-time position with long-term career potential
