Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, cold call, and network to generate leads and referrals (30%)
  • Deliver solution-based sales presentations tailored to customer needs (20%)
  • Negotiate and close deals with new clients (10%)
  • Attend training sessions to build skills in prospecting and relationship management (10%)
  • Develop innovative sales strategies and custom proposals (10%)
  • Track pipeline activity and report on sales metrics using CRM tools (10%)
  • Contribute to additional projects and team initiatives (10%)

Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of B2B sales experience (telecom experience preferred)
  • Proven success in prospecting and cold calling
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-starter with a results-driven, goal-focused mindset
  • Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment

Salary & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $48,000 – $66,000
  • Uncapped commission structure
  • Relocation assistance (for top candidates)

Additional Information:

  • This is a field-based role requiring 50% or more time in the field
  • Reports into a floating office for team meetings (otherwise home-based)
  • Full-time position with long-term career potential
  • Recruiting fee: 15% with a 60-day guarantee
