Our client, a leading international dispute resolution practice, is seeking a highly skilled Paralegal/Legal Assistant with 5+ years of experience handling high-value, complex disputes, including commercial litigation, international arbitration, or public international law.

Key Responsibilities:
- Case Management: Organize and maintain case files, manage correspondence, and ensure procedural compliance across multiple matters.
- Document Review: Collaborate with attorneys on first-level document reviews and assist with preparations for second-level reviews.
- Filings: Proofread, cite-check, and coordinate submission materials with supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Hearings: Oversee hearing logistics, prepare presentations, and provide on-site support during proceedings.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience: Proven expertise in cross-border litigation or international disputes, preferably with a top-tier law firm.
- Education: A law degree or equivalent legal studies with strong academic credentials.
- Skills:
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, discretion, and a proactive, resourceful attitude.
- Proficiency in legal software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and e-discovery platforms.
- Languages: Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
