Senior Manager/Supervisor

Our client, a top Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a Senior Manager, Editorial to support and elevate the firm’s marketing content and communications. This role will partner closely with the Editorial Director to ensure content consistency, clarity, and alignment with brand voice across all channels, including digital platforms, internal communications, and external thought leadership.

This is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced editorial leader with law firm or professional services experience to drive content excellence and help shape a major firm’s editorial strategy.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and edit a wide range of content (thought leadership, alerts, bios, social posts, internal comms, and more) for clarity, consistency, and tone.
  • Ensure adherence to AP style and firm-specific editorial standards.
  • Draft content for the firm’s website, social media, and internal platforms.
  • Collaborate across marketing, BD, and admin teams to align content with business goals.
  • Lead quality control efforts and editorial workflows to meet production timelines.
  • Support content creation for rankings, awards, and promotional materials.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English, or related field preferred).
  • Minimum 10 years of editorial, communications, or content experience in a law firm or professional services environment (Required).
  • Advanced knowledge of AP style and editorial best practices.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and project management skills.
  • Strong understanding of digital content platforms and tools.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Stable work history is essential.

Salary & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $154,000 – $205,000 (commensurate with experience)
  • Bonus Eligibility: Yes (annual performance-based)
