Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Therapist
Our client, a leading pediatric therapy organization, is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join their passionate and growing team. Specializing in empirically supported Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), this organization delivers home- and clinic-based services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, developmental disabilities, and language delays. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage individualized treatment plans and behavioral interventions.
- Regularly assess client progress and update programs to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and internal team members to align treatment goals.
- Supervise and provide guidance to ABA therapists and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
- Manage communications with funding sources, providing regular client updates and managing authorizations.
- Balance billable clinical hours with supervisory and administrative responsibilities.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with all professional standards and procedures.

Salary & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $77,000 – $85,000 per year
- Performance Bonuses: Opportunity to earn an additional $8,000+ annually

Qualifications:
- BCBA Certification required (or Master’s degree with ABA coursework completed)
- Qualified Behavioral Health Professional (QBHP) certification preferred
- Strong understanding of ABA principles and Discrete Trial Training (DTT)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured transportation
- Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English; multilingual candidates encouraged (may lead to additional compensation)
- Open to both experienced and newly certified BCBAs
- Willingness to assume higher-level management responsibilities if needed
