Our client, a prestigious national law firm, is seeking an experienced Trusts & Estates Associate to join their renowned Trusts, Estates, and Wealth Preservation team in Naples, Florida. Key Responsibilities:

Estate Planning: Draft sophisticated estate planning documents for clients with taxable estates, including GST-exempt trusts, GRATs, SLATs, IDGTs, and other advanced estate planning instruments.
Client Management: Develop and manage client relationships with the highest level of professionalism.
Administration: Handle post-mortem estate administration matters, ensuring compliance and client satisfaction.
Tax Filings: Prepare and review estate, gift, and fiduciary income tax returns (Forms 706, 709, 1041).

Key Qualifications:

Experience: At least 5 years of experience in trusts and estates law, including high-net-worth estate planning and multi-generational wealth transfers.
Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of estate planning strategies, post-mortem administration, and tax return preparation.
Client-Focused: Proven track record of managing and providing outstanding service to clients.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong collaboration and communication abilities.
Licensure: Active membership in the Florida Bar.
