Schedule: Full-Time | 12-Hour Night Shifts
Salary: $44,000 - $55,000 + $10,000 Sign-On Bonus (paid over two years)

Our client is looking for a dedicated Respiratory Therapist to join their team for night shifts. If you're a licensed respiratory care professional seeking a rewarding career in a supportive environment, this is the opportunity for you.

Must-Have Qualifications:

Current State of Texas Respiratory Therapist Licensure (RRT or CRT)
Graduate of an AMA-approved School of Respiratory Therapy
BLS Certification (required)
ACLS and PALS Certification (required within 6 months of hire)

Key Responsibilities:

Provide respiratory care services in accordance with physician orders, department policies, and procedures
Administer and monitor respiratory treatments to ensure patient safety and comfort
Work independently while providing care to a diverse patient population
Collaborate with medical staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
