Our client seeks a trusts and estates associate to join its expanding Private Client Services department in Boca Raton. With a team of 20 lawyers and partners in Connecticut, New York, and Florida, this role presents an exceptional opportunity for professional development. This role offers substantial responsibility, including direct client engagement and involvement in complex drafting projects for high net worth clients.

Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience in estate planning and administration
Proficiency in sophisticated drafting, asset protection, and wealth transfer techniques
Experience in preparing gift and estate tax returns
Knowledge of probate administration is a plus
Excellent organizational, verbal, analytical, writing, and interpersonal skills
Licensed to practice law in Florida
LLM in estate planning or tax preferred
