Senior Electrical Engineer
Location: Mobile, AL
Salary: $100,000 to $200,000 (negotiable based on experience), with a potential sign-on bonus and partial relocation assistance.
Schedule: Hybrid role - 4 days onsite

Company Overview:
Our client, a leading national event design, fabrication, and production company, is searching for a seasoned Senior Electrical Engineer experienced in industrial and heavy industry environments, such as chemical plants.
Position Summary:
The Senior Electrical Engineer will oversee electrical design projects, guide team operations, and ensure high-quality, efficient project execution. This role demands expertise in electrical systems, budgeting, and project scheduling within an industrial setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project scope and design criteria while managing any required modifications.
- Develop detailed electrical designs, including equipment specifications and installation documents for systems up to 15kV/5kV.
- Ensure compliance with NEC standards, focusing on cost-effectiveness and constructability.
- Perform detailed calculations for lighting, wiring, voltage drop, and load center requirements.
- Review and approve electrical drawings, vendor documentation, and fabrication submittals.
- Provide field support for on-site installations as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (PE license preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in industrial and heavy industry settings (experience in chemical plants is a plus).
- Proficiency in NEC standards, AutoCAD or Microstation, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
