Our client is seeking a Litigation Associate in Florham Park, NJ with 2 to 5 years of litigation experience. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.

The ideal candidate will have:

Experience in a mid to large law firm
Extensive experience drafting pleadings and managing discovery
Court appearances in state and federal courts
Trade secret and non-compete counseling experience (preferred)
Employment law experience (preferred)
Good standing with the New Jersey Bar
Federal or State Appellate clerkships (a plus)
