The Los Angeles office of our client has an immediate opening for an associate with 3+ years’ of litigation experience in California.

Qualifications:

Prior work in product liability, toxic tort or environmental litigation is a plus, but the position is open to other litigators willing to focus on these areas.
Excellent writing skills, academic credentials, and interpersonal skills are required.
CA Bar admission.

Responsibilities:

Handle a variety of litigation matters with a focus on product liability, toxic tort, or environmental litigation.
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and briefs, and assist with trial preparation.
Collaborate with partners and senior associates to develop case strategy and provide strategic advice to clients.
Maintain organized case files and adhere to deadlines.
