Outreach Specialist (Sales Representative) – North Hollywood, Long Beach, Elk Grove, San Bernardino, CA

Our client, one of California’s fastest-growing PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) providers, is hiring Outreach Specialists in North Hollywood, Long Beach, Elk Grove, and San Bernardino. This role offers a unique opportunity for a driven sales professional to make a direct impact on the community by increasing healthcare access for seniors.

Position Highlights:

  • Base Salary: $75,000 – $80,000 + Uncapped Commission

  • Locations: North Hollywood, Long Beach, Elk Grove, San Bernardino (Some remote flexibility)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed monthly enrollment goals through effective outreach and B2C sales strategies.

  • Develop strong relationships with community partners such as senior centers, assisted living facilities, food banks, and churches to generate quality referrals.

  • Educate key community figures and organizations about PACE healthcare services to increase program visibility.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and execute monthly marketing and outreach plans.

  • Represent the organization at senior events, health fairs, and community gatherings to attract prospective participants.

  • Maintain accurate data and documentation in CRM systems such as Salesforce and Athena.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, healthcare administration, or related field (preferred).

  • Must complete DHCS training and certification exam for marketing representatives within 30 days of employment.

  • A minimum of 2 years of sales and marketing experience, including at least 1 year in healthcare, senior care, or B2C marketing.

  • Outside sales experience or experience in Medicare Advantage sales is a plus.

  • Proficiency with CRM systems like Salesforce and Athena.
